1. Contact us

Send a privacy concern, suspected data misuse, vulnerability report, or tool problem to:

Use a clear subject such as “Security or privacy report” or “Tool support”. Include:

• The affected service, tool, or page, and a description of the issue.
• When you observed it, including your time zone.
• Steps to reproduce it, where appropriate, without accessing another party's data.
• Redacted evidence and a contact address for follow-up.

Do not email passwords, verification codes, access tokens, full customer datasets, or unnecessary personal information. If evidence is sensitive, first ask us to agree an appropriate transfer method.

2. Assign and track

Our designated company contact checks the admin mailbox daily and coordinates incoming reports. We record the person responsible, handling progress, and outcome, and use the email thread for follow-up and clarification. Response and resolution times depend on the issue; no fixed service-level deadline is promised on this page.

3. Investigate and handle

Problems involving a particular tool are referred to the developer responsible for that tool. The company contact coordinates investigation and follow-up with the developer and the relevant project lead, including identifying affected work and any necessary corrective action. Share only the information needed for investigation and resolution.

If an incident involves Amazon data or services, applicable Amazon agreements and official reporting requirements must also be followed. Contacting this mailbox does not replace any required notification to Amazon or another relevant party.

4. Record the outcome

The person responsible records the handling progress and result. Our company contact coordinates follow-up with the reporter and developer as appropriate, including whether further action is needed. A report is closed when its handling outcome has been recorded and any remaining actions have been identified.

5. Responsible reporting

Please avoid disruptive testing, accessing other people's information, or disclosing sensitive evidence publicly. This page does not authorize security testing, grant system access, establish a bug bounty, or claim a security certification.
